Goals for 2023

Honoring our Fantastic Faculty

For this year’s Annual Fund, we are excited to highlight our teachers, a group of women who emulate our core values of joy, integrity, excellence, and generosity.

We are proud of our team of highly qualified women who unite our rigorous liberal arts curriculum with faith, character, and personal formation. One of the things that really sets Willows apart is that we can boast an all-female faculty. Our teachers serve as mentors and role models for our girls and partners for our parents.

Your donation to the Annual Fund supports these incredible women. Thank you!

Willows Wins

Our core values serve as the motivation and metric for how we educate girls at Willows. Over the past year, we have many Willows Wins to celebrate, including:

Formation

Centering our commitment to forming women of integrity through the implementation of a new mentoring curriculum as well as parent formation through our Raising Great Girls series.

Champions

Celebrating with our Eagles as they won regional championships in soccer,  volleyball, and basketball, and
qualified as a team for the state finals in cross country.

Academic Excellence

Striving for excellence in our liberal arts curriculum with the implementation of the Institute of Excellence in Writing curriculum in middle school and winning the AP Computer Science Principles Female Diversity Award.

House System

Launching a new house system to strengthen lasting connections with Willows traditions and friends. Students are sorted into houses named for and emphasizing the core values of Gaudium, Integritas, Excellentia, or Liberalitas.

Campus Upgrades

Completing important facilities projects including Phase 1 of a major tuckpointing project, a new gym roof, HVAC upgrades, two new buses, and a beautiful statue of the Blessed Mother.

New Uniform, Website, and Brand

Refreshing our branding, website and uniform to showcase our unique mission.
