Our all female faculty are passionate about their subjects and experts at working with girls. They engage students in our liberal arts curriculum that encourages intellectual curiosity, a lifelong love of learning and to look beyond themselves. Our students graduate with the foundation they need to excel in college and beyond.

Girls discover and nurture their interests and abilities through a wide range of co-curriculars. Our small school size allows more opportunities to participate and excel- in a classroom or out on a field. Whether they are on a sports team, editing the yearbook, rehearsing on stage or participating in service projects, girls learn to work together, sharing their gifts and talents with others.

Willows offers personalized attention to each student through our one-on-one advising program. Monthly advising  consists of informal conversations to help each student know herself better, set academic and personal goals, and cultivate interests, with a focus on educating the whole person. Advisors help students to reflect, to acquire perspective on life’s ups and downs, and to grow in virtue.
