We look forward to getting to know you! To learn more about our school, or to register for a tour (virtual or in-person), please complete this inquiry form.
Step One: Shadow a Current Student
We ask each prospective student to spend a school day on campus. Student hosts will guide you as a prospective student in getting to know our students, experiencing our classes, and meeting teachers, coaches and administrators. We believe shadowing is the best way to test the fit between the prospective student and Willows.
Step Two: Submit an Application
Applications for the 2021-2022 school year can be submitted online, beginning November 15, 2020. In addition to the application, we also request copies of the two most recent report cards and the latest standardized test results, as well as a $50 processing fee. Any applications received after the priority deadlines for middle school and high school will be assessed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please note Willows does not offer or require a placement exam for high school or middle school students. We have found our thorough application and review process gives our admissions committee a wholistic picture of each candidate and whether Willows is a good fit for her. We do administer our own math exam after students are accepted to ascertain their proper placement in math courses.
Step Three: Interview with Admissions Director
As a final step in the admissions process, parents of prospective students meet with our Director of Admissions, Mrs. Cathy Lipscomb, for an interview. During the interview, we are able to share more about the mission and environment of our school; and parents can convey their goals for their daughter and ask additional questions about our program.
