The Director of Finance and Operations is the school’s senior financial leader and steward of operational excellence. This role is CFO-level strategy (budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, risk management, and leadership reporting) with business office leadership (QuickBooks oversight, internal controls, month-end close, tuition revenue coordination, and audit readiness). The Director is a trusted partner to the Executive Director, Head of School, and leadership team, ensuring the school is financially strong, operationally disciplined, and positioned for long-term sustainability.

Willows Academy is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time) to support faculty and staff through well-run HR systems, strong follow-through, and a high standard of confidentiality. This role manages core HR operations—including hiring process coordination, onboarding, employee records, payroll management, benefits support, Virtus/child-safety compliance, and HR compliance tracking—so the school community is well supported and leadership has a reliable HR infrastructure.

Faculty Openings
Willows seeks a candidate to teach Spanish at the high school level. This full-time position requires background and expertise in the Spanish language, grammar, and culture, as well as experience and/or potential to teach Spanish I-IV and AP Spanish. Candidates should be passionate about engaging girls in world languages and cultures and be able to contribute to a strong Spanish program and World Language department.

Willows seeks a candidate to teach History at the high school level, requiring background and expertise in History. This full-time position requires experience and/or potential to teach AP-level US History, World History, and European History.
