If you need to schedule for another day, please contact Sara Danielewicz, Admissions Coordinator, at danielewicz@willowsacademy.org.
In-Person Shadow Experiences
Come spend the day with us to see what makes Willows so special. Both high school and middle school students are invited to in-person shadow during the fall and spring semesters for the full school day (8:00 – 3:00). Shadows get a feel for what life is like at Willows by following one of our students.
Attend an Open House
Fall and Spring Open House events are some of the best opportunities to explore Willows Academy! During the event you will take a parent-led tour, talk with our faculty and hear from our Head of School, Dr. Jaime Vasquez. Learn more about Willows’ unique all girls middle school program and our top ranked high school. We can’t wait to see you there!
Admissions Process
Step One: Shadow a Current Student
We ask each prospective student to spend a school day on campus. Student hosts will guide you as a prospective student in getting to know our students, experiencing our classes, and meeting teachers, coaches and administrators. We believe shadowing is the best way to test the fit between the prospective student and Willows.
Step Two: Submit an Application
Willows is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year. In addition to the application, we also request copies of the two most recent report cards and the latest standardized test results, as well as a $50 processing fee. Any applications received after the priority deadlines for middle school and high school will be assessed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Step Three: Interview with School Leaders
As a final step in the admissions process, parents of prospective students meet with one of our school leaders for an interview. During the interview, we are able to share more about the mission and environment of our school; and parents can convey their goals for their daughter and ask additional questions about our program.
