Tuition & Affordability

A Willows Academy education is an investment in your daughter’s future. We are committed to supporting families through our scholarship program and award over $500,000 annually.

Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year:

An additional annual comprehensive fee of $1,850 per student is also required. This fee covers textbook rentals, co-curricular activity fees, and other student-related expenses. There is an additional graduation fee of $100 for 8th grade students and $250 for 12th grade students.

Scholarships

All families seeking scholarships must apply online through the financial assistance portal by the published deadline. Our Financial Committee assesses applications and awards scholarships annually.

Apply by December 7, 2025 and take the High School Placement exam at Willows to qualify. Open to new students entering 9th grade.

Available to those families who qualify. Over $200,000 awarded annually.

About the Scholarships

  • Applicants should write an up to one page, single-spaced, and typed essay for the scholarship(s) of their choice
  • Open to Middle School & High School Students 
  • Open to New & Current Students
  • Students may apply to a maximum of two scholarships
  • Each scholarship is between $1,000 and 25% tuition, depending on need
  • A committee will review all applications and award scholarships by May 1
  • To qualify, students must maintain a 3.0 GPA or greater
  • Essays should be emailed as a document or PDF to admissions@willowsacademy.org by March 28

Essay Prompts

For the Flying Eagle (Sportsmanship) Scholarship:

Describe a challenging moment in athletics or team activities where you had to demonstrate true sportsmanship. How did your actions impact others, and what did this experience teach you about leadership and character both on and off the field?

For the Scholar Eagle (Academic) Scholarship:

Share a time when you encountered an academic challenge that tested your perseverance. How did you overcome this obstacle, and how has this experience shaped your approach to learning? Include specific examples of how you’ve applied these lessons to become a stronger student.

For the Noble Eagle (Virtue) Scholarship:

Tell us about a situation where you chose to do the right thing, even when it wasn’t easy. What virtues or values guided your decision, and how has this experience influenced your character and your relationships with others?

Discounts

Willows Academy awards $100,000 annually to our first responder families (police, fire, or paramedic) as a thank-you for their service. The First Responder Discount for the 2025-2026 school year is $5,000 per child enrolled at Willows Academy for the full academic year. The First Responder Discount is an alternative to financial aid; families can apply for financial aid or the discount. Learn more about our First Responder Discount.

Our international program offers tuition assistance to domestic families who host an international student.
