Willows Academy is committed to making an exceptional education accessible to as many qualified students as possible. Need-based financial aid allows us to partner with families who share in our mission and values.

The priority application window for Financial Aid and Scholarships is open from October 23 to January 12. Families who complete their applications during this period will receive priority consideration for available funds. Financial aid decisions are communicated in early February.

Financial aid awards are reviewed annually, and families must reapply each year through Blackbaud Financial Aid Management. To be considered for assistance, students must be enrolled or submitted an application at Willows, and the family’s financial aid must be verified through Blackbaud.

The Financial Aid Committee carefully reviews each application, considering a range of factors—including income, assets, dependents, expenses, as well as overall enrollment projections and staffing needs—to ensure that awards are distributed with fairness and stewardship.

Begin the application process
  1. Complete the Financial Aid Application by January 12, 2026.
  2. Submit required documentation so that your application can be processed and verified.
  3. Verified applications will be reviewed by Willows Academy.
  4. Families will be notified of their award by February 2026.

Financial aid applications are submitted and reviewed through Blackbaud Financial Aid Management. This platform is different from WillowsWeb.

  • First-time applicants should create a new account (ID & Password).
  • Returning applicants can use the account created in a previous year.

The Willows school code is 14753.

There is a Financial Aid application fee of $45 per family.

Information on the First Responder Discount and Sibling Discounts can be found on the Tuition & Affordability Page. Financial aid cannot be combined with a First Responder Discount. Sibling discounts will be incorporated into financial aid awards, if applicable. Financial aid is only available to domestic students.
