Faculty Openings

Willows Academy has openings for Substitute Teachers.  We are looking to form a team of high-quality, reliable substitutes to step in when our faculty need to take planned & unexpected time off. Interested candidates should send a letter of interest to employment@willowsacademy.org

Willows seeks a candidate to teach Spanish at the high school level. This full-time position requires background and expertise in Spanish language, grammar, and culture and experience and/or potential to teach Spanish I-IV and AP Spanish. Candidates should have a passion for engaging girls in world language and culture and be able to contribute to a strong Spanish program and World Language department.

Willows seeks a candidate to teach History at the high school level, requiring background and expertise in History. This full-time position requires experience and/or potential to teach US History, World History, and European History up to an AP level. Candidates should have a passion for engaging girls in seeking historical truth and analyzing primary sources and be able to contribute to a strong History program and department.

Willows seeks a candidate to teach High School AP Chemistry and/or Physics. This full-time position requires a background and expertise in chemistry and physical science, as well as knowledge of advanced mathematics. The teacher will develop and supervise hands-on science labs and other scientific inquiry lessons. In addition to instructional responsibilities the teacher will participate in the school mentoring program and co-curricular activities and continue to work on professional growth.

We seek an enthusiastic and experienced Music Teacher to lead and develop our middle and high school music programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in vocal instruction and choral directing and some experience with instrumental music. This role requires a passionate educator who can inspire students, create engaging lessons, and cultivate a love for music in a supportive environment.

Willows Academy seeks an experienced and passionate Chamber Choir Director to lead our select vocal ensemble. The ideal candidate will inspire and challenge students through high-quality choral instruction, fostering musical excellence while creating a positive learning environment.
